How does our palletised BNA service work?

Find out what the BNA service includes and how we take care of your move between the UK and Italy.

Consultancy and Move Manager

We’ll analyse your removal requirements to offer you the most suitable solution. Once you’ve booked, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Move Manager, who’ll support you through every stage of the move. You’ll also receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your move right through to delivery.

How we estimate your volume?

Packaging and palletisation

Each pallet booked includes up to 5 items professionally packed by our team. On request, you can add the Full Pack service for the complete packing of your goods. Your belongings are then transferred to our warehouse, where our team prepares your pallet(s) for international transport

You can move boxes, suitcases, TVs, bicycles, small items of furniture, personal belongings and more, as long as each item fits within the maximum pallet dimensions of 120 × 100 cm at the base and 160 cm in height.

To work out how many pallets you need, we start with a list of the items you’d like to move.
Pricing is based on the number of pallets required, regardless of what you choose to move.

How much can a pallet hold?

It depends on the type and size of your belongings. As a guide, one pallet holds around 12 standard boxes measuring 50 × 50 × 50 cm, as well as other non-bulky items. Our team will work out how many pallets you need based on your list of items.

Is the BNA service duty-free?

Yes. The BNA service is duty-free and all-inclusive, with no additional costs beyond the agreed price. Any charges that may arise during transport or customs clearance are covered by Bolliger, so you know exactly what to expect from the start.
